FABLAB SPINDERIHALLERNE
Expression of Interest – Fonder® Science Gamification
FabLab Spinderihallerne views the development of Fonder® Science Gamification with great interest.
We are highly interested in the project’s ambition to combine science, technology, learning, and gamification into new educational formats.
The project aligns closely with several areas within FabLab Spinderihallerne’s own work and development interests.
On a daily basis, we work with hands-on technology and science education, digital fabrication, and the development of new learning formats.
In these formats, students do not just learn about technology, but work with it in an investigative and creative manner.
We find the combination of a physical 3D-based educational game, digital technologies, and an open scientific knowledge platform particularly interesting.
The ambition to make complex scientific content more accessible, engaging, and applicable through play, interaction, and concrete learning experiences fits perfectly with our own approach to learning and technological literacy.
FabLab Spinderihallerne therefore sees exciting potential in Fonder® and is interested in following the project’s further development and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
This could, for example, involve the development and qualification of physical prototypes, the testing of game and learning concepts, sparring regarding educational formats, as well as establishing contact with relevant learning and educational environments.
At the same time, FabLab Spinderihallerne can offer an interesting environment for the project.
We operate at the crossroads of education, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Furthermore, we maintain close contact with schools, upper secondary education, higher education, and other actors within learning and technology.
On this basis, we would like to express our strong interest in Fonder® Science Gamification and the further development of the project.
Any concrete future involvement from FabLab Spinderihallerne will, of course, need to be agreed upon in detail and coordinated with our other activities, capacity, and priorities.
